Return & Replace
If you are not satisfied with the product you received, we accept returns up to 7 days after the date of delivery.
Please report missing, damaged, or defective products within 2 months after delivery date, together with pictures or video proof.
After confirming, we will replace them for you at no additional charge.
We do not provide prepaid return labels for returns. The cost of shipping on return items is at your expense and nonrefundable.
Please contact with us firstly, and then we will offer you the returned address. We will not be responsible for your missing parcel if you send it back without contacting us before shipment.
The returned item should be in good new condition. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, or used in any way.
Refund will be issued within 2 or 3 business days after received the returned package.
